Scientific Games Continues Building European Instant Games Business with New Contract from National Lottery of Croatia

LAS VEGAS and ATLANTA – October 26, 2020 – Scientific Games Corporation (NASDAQ: SGMS) (“Scientific Games” or the “Company”) announces a new, two-year contract to provide lottery instant scratch games to Hrvatska Lutrija, the National Lottery of Croatia (or the “Lottery”), continuing a successful two-year collaboration that has grown retail sales for the products 60% since 2018. Scientific Games provides Hrvatska Lutrija with instant game portfolio management and has developed a variety of products to entertain Croatian players and drive maximum proceeds to financially support valuable projects that contribute to the development of society in Croatia, including humanitarian causes, science, education, culture, environmental and health protection.

With a 47-year successful tradition of organizing games of chance in Croatia, Hrvatska Lutrija is the state-licensed lottery offering a full variety of gaming products, including lotteries, instant lotteries, multi-jurisdictional lottery games, EuroJackpot, sports betting, casinos and slot clubs.

In 2019, instant game annual sales in the Central European country with a population of four million reached nearly €14.2 million across the Lottery’s network of 2,842 retailers (La Fleur’s Almanac).
