The Software Engineer plans, designs, develops and tests software systems or applications for software enhancements and lottery games.
Responsibilities:
Generate/audit ticket data in accordance to customer specifications
Develop tools that aid in the production and audit of game data
Work with customer service department in the development of game data
Test, integrate, troubleshoot and debug custom software applications
Respond to technical needs and questions of business users
Review generated reports to ensure data accuracy
Review work requests for technical accuracy
Provide support as necessary for a 24/7 manufacturing operation
Required Skills:
Proficiency in C# is required
Knowledge of C++ is a plus
Must be detail oriented and have a desire for perfection
Must be able to multi task
Must be able to meet strict deadlines
Must have problem solving skills
Must be able to follow established procedures and checklists
Able to work effectively as part of a team
Must be a self-starter, capable of working with minimum supervision
Knowledge of instant ticket business is a plus

Education/Years of Experience:
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
